VICTORY: FCC to Mandate Net Neutrality for the Web

I am not really sure if net neutrality managed by US government is a good solution to the problem. With government involvement, this will leave loop holes in the legal system for ISPs or major sites (i.e. Google, Microsoft, etc) to manipulate and gain what it wants.

I am not saying government shouldn't be involved, but then I believe a larger body should overlook the web in this perspective. This body needs to be neutral and international, which is not influenced by lobbies or such.
